As More Company Demand That Employee Return to The Office, now it's a question to debate which mode of work could fit for future. Is it Return to Office , Remote Working or hybrid model ? 

 Remote work was rare a decade ago. Working from home was mostly available only as a special arrangement or only for special type of jobs. But with covid-19 pandemic showed that employees could work on their own on remotely. And technology now gives ability to get the same job done, no matter where in the world we are, It enable us to be connected with co-worker or clients at any time. 

 But even the technology gives the ability to work remotely in more comfortable way, there are many challenger on it. As employee, as a manager and as a employer  there are different challengers which need to over come on this.

Since hybrid model benefiting both  employer & employee most of the corporation around world now offer  hybrid as a facility, and job seekers also consider opportunities having hybrid model over report to office. Even on job vacancy notice -  On site , Hybrid or Remote is a must to be mention and same are been questioned on interview as well.

        Further more research done by HiBob research Clearly shows that a total of 63% of people working full-time were working from home at least part of the time, which shows that there has been a significant change in the world of work compared to how people worked before the pandemic.

  1. I prefer hybrid. Hybrid work indeed strikes a balance between the flexibility of remote work and the collaborative benefits of on-site interactions. It caters to diverse preferences and needs, allowing employees to enjoy the autonomy of working from home while still fostering a sense of belonging and team unity through periodic office visits. But this model may not be universally applicable to almost all organisations (healthcare etc)
